The 4115 Profi is an all-rounder, running a mower in the morning and pulling a trailer down the road in the afternoon. That shows in the parts it gets through: PTO, linkage, hitch and a comfortable seat for long days. For the power take-off there are PTO speed sensors that come with cable and plug, and push button switches, for example for the front PTO. If the PTO speed reading drops out or the PTO will not engage, the sensor or the switch is a common cause.
A tip for the speed sensor: it works magnetically and gradually collects fine metal particles. Take it out, wipe the tip clean and check the plug for corrosion before ordering a new one. If that does not cure it, set the new sensor at the same gap to the gear wheel as the old one.
At the back you will find ball type drawbars, Piton Fix units, top drawbars, adapter plates and a retrofit kit for a swinging drawbar. That lets you set the hitch up for whatever you are pulling that day, from a light cart to a heavy tipper.
Inside the cab there are air suspended tractor seats and gas struts for the rear window. Under the bonnet you will find belt kits, cylinder head gaskets, O-rings, including one for the thermostat housing, and piston sealing rings. Tank caps are part of the line-up as well.
A cylinder head gasket should only go onto clean, flat faces, with the head bolts tightened in the specified order.
When you fit a belt kit, check the tensioner and the idler pulleys along with the belt. A tensioner that rumbles or has play will chew through a new belt in no time.
Look at the data plate on your 4115 Profi and compare the reference number on the old part with the details on the product. When in doubt, a clear photo of the old part with its number is the quickest help.
