Everything that fits the Massey Ferguson 5611 from the 5600 series is collected here: more than 160 parts, such as trailer couplings, electrics and lighting.
This page gathers more than 160 Massey Ferguson 5611 parts from GRANIT, Scharmüller, Walterscheid, HELLA and ROCKINGER. They cover the hitch, the clutch, cooling and a long list of cab fittings.
Drawbars with a ball, complete drawbar frames and adapter plates take care of towing. Check the ball and the locking mechanism for wear at regular intervals and keep the sliding face lightly greased. A worn ball lets the drawbar knock and speeds up wear on both the hitch and the trailer eye.
For the clutch there are internal plates and external plates. Before fitting new friction plates, soak them for a while in the same oil they will run in. Put them in dry and they risk wear from the very first engagement. Rebuild the pack in the same order as the old one, alternating inner and outer.
The cooling side is covered by thermostats and temperature sensors, including a sensor for common rail Sisu engines.
When you change a thermostat, always renew the housing gasket or O-ring and clean the mating faces. Refill the cooling system slowly with the engine idling, and if the thermostat has a bleed hole, fit it at the top so no air stays trapped in the block. It is worth testing the temperature sensor at the same time, since a faulty reading is easily mistaken for a sticking thermostat.
Handles, knobs, mirrors, relays and push button switches are all here, such as the switch for lowering the hydraulics on the fender. A seal for the door handle keeps draughts and dust out. Gas struts hold the roof window open again, and a flood beam work lamp lights up the work area after dark.
The 5611 is part of the Massey Ferguson 5600 series. Models in this series look alike, but parts can differ. Check the type plate first, then the reference number on the old part. On clutch plates it is sometimes on the edge, and on a thermostat on the flange. Only order once that number agrees with the information listed for the part.
The other models in the series each have a page of their own:
Each one shows only the parts that fit that tractor. Parts for every other Massey Ferguson model are collected on Massey Ferguson parts.
