An air suspended seat that sinks during the day or bottoms out on rough ground usually has a leak in the air spring or the levelling valve. Listen for a hiss with the seat loaded and check the hose connections first, as a cracked fitting is cheaper than a new seat. If the seat is worn through or the frame has play, replacing the whole seat is often the sensible fix. Check that your new seat gets a proper power feed for its own compressor before you bolt it down.
Under the bonnet, a squealing multi-rib belt is worth checking together with the tensioner and idler pulleys, since a worn bearing there destroys a new belt in a short time.
