Everything for the Steyr 6150 CVT in one place. This page holds more than 250 parts, such as trailer couplings, electrics and lighting.
This page brings together more than 250 new replacement parts for the Steyr 6150 CVT, from GRANIT and from makers such as Scharmüller, Walterscheid, GRAMMER and HELLA. They cover the hitch at the back, the switches and lights in the cab and the service parts under the bonnet.
For the engine there are alternators, multi-rib belts, water pump and exhaust gaskets, seals for the lubrication line and O-rings such as the one in the oil filler cap. When you change a multi-rib belt, count the ribs on the old belt and turn the tensioner and idler pulleys by hand. A pulley that rumbles or wobbles will wear out a new belt quickly, so it is worth replacing at the same time.
Measure the rail width and the pin on the tractor before ordering a drawbar or hitch.
The identification plate on the tractor confirms that it is a 6150 CVT. From there, the reference number on the old part is the quickest way to a match.
Trailers, tippers and tankers pull on the hitch of a 6150 CVT every working day. Check the pin and jaw of the automatic hitch regularly. If the pin has visible play in its bush or has worn oval, replace it before it gives way under a loaded trailer. Grease the rail of the drawbar frame so the height stays easy to adjust. A switch on the dashboard that has stopped working can usually be levered out of its panel without tools. Unplug it first and compare the pin layout of the new switch before clipping it in.
For the seat, an air suspended unit that slowly sinks often has a cracked air bellows or hose. Check those before ordering a complete tractor seat.
These tractors from the same CVT range have their own page:
The 6160 CVT and 6230 CVT belong to the range as well. Check what fits on each model's own page. Running a different Steyr on the farm? Head over to Steyr parts.
