For the Steyr 9080 M from the M 9000 series we have brought together more than 200 parts. Choose by group, for example lighting, trailer couplings or electrics.
A Steyr 9080 M usually ends up behind the heaviest trailers on the farm, and the wear shows exactly there. The drawbar and the automatic hitch take every jolt, the seat works through long days in the field, and the dashboard switches get pressed thousands of times. On this page you will find more than 200 parts that fit this tractor, with brands such as GRANIT, HELLA, GRAMMER, Scharmüller and PROBOSS.
At the back there are drawbars, automatic hitches and adapter plates, one of them height adjustable. Inside the cab you can replace an air suspended tractor seat, the gas strut that holds the roof hatch, or a worn door lock. The electrical side covers rocker switches such as the one for the front work lights, push buttons like the green switch that lowers the front linkage, work lamps, indicator and position lights and alternators. For the engine and driveline there are thrust bearings, sealing rings, O-rings and gaskets, including a gasket for the water pump.
Start with the type plate and make sure it really says 9080 M. Models in the Steyr M 9000 range sit close together and one misread digit is enough to order the wrong thing. If you still have the old part, look for a stamped or printed reference number and compare it with the details shown with the product. For a drawbar or hitch it also pays to measure the rail width and the pin on the unit that is fitted now, because they decide whether the new one bolts straight onto the existing mounting.
Running a Steyr 9100 M as well? That model has its own page with the parts that belong to it. Every other tractor from the brand, from older machines to the later ranges, is reachable through Steyr parts.
When the roof hatch drops on its own, the gas strut has usually lost its charge. Prop the hatch with a batten or clamp before you unclip the old strut, since it can still hold some pressure. Mount the replacement rod end downwards, which keeps oil on the seal inside and gives the strut a longer working life. If the hatch has two struts, change them as a pair, otherwise the fresh strut pulls the hatch out of line and the tired one soon gives up too.
