Engine parts, electrics or a trailer coupling for the Steyr 6135 Profi are all on this page. Choose from more than 150 parts for this Profi series tractor.
A Steyr 6135 Profi spends much of its working life pulling something, and the more than 150 parts that fit it reflect that. The rear end is well covered with drawbars, drawbar retrofit kits, top drawbars, Piton Fix hitches and adaptor plates. Alongside those you will find multi-rib belts, a PTO speed sensor, push buttons, seats and small seals, supplied by GRANIT, Scharmüller, Walterscheid, GRAMMER and Dayco.
A height adjustable adaptor plate lets you swap between a drawbar, a Piton Fix and a top drawbar on the same rail. For heavy trailer work, a retrofit kit adds a swinging drawbar. After every change, check that the locking pin drops fully home and that the guide in the rail has not worn oval. Play at that point shows up as a knock every time you pull away.
Before fitting a new multi-rib belt, spin the tensioner and each pulley by hand. A rough tensioner bearing or a pulley with worn grooves will chew through a fresh belt quickly, which is why belt kits often include the tensioner.
The PTO speed sensor sits close to the shaft, where it takes dirt, water and the odd knock from an implement. If the display shows no speed or a jumping reading, check the plug and cable before replacing the sensor, since green corrosion on the pins is often enough to upset the signal. The PTO push button lives in a similarly damp spot. On the tank cap, look at the seal inside. Once it is hard or cracked, water can get into the tank and you find out later through blocked filters.
For long days in the cab there are complete air suspended tractor seats and separate seat parts from GRAMMER. If the seat compressor no longer runs, check the fuse and the plug first before you replace the whole seat.
The type plate confirms that you are working on a 6135 Profi. For sensors, switches and belts, the number on the old part is your best match. For drawbars and pitons, measure the rail width and pin size of the hitch already fitted.
The 6135 belongs to the Steyr Profi series, and these related tractors each have a page of their own:
The 4120 Profi and 6145 Profi are part of the same series too. Everything else for the brand starts at Steyr parts.
