When the battery stops charging properly, the alternator is the first thing to suspect. Alternators for this type are here, along with V-belts. For the dashboard there are push button switches, for example for raising and lowering the linkage, and rocker switches such as the one for the front work lights. The work lights themselves are available too, including corner lamps with a flood beam.
A useful tip after fitting a new alternator: check the belt tension. A loose belt slips, squeals on a cold start and leaves the battery undercharged. A belt that is too tight puts extra load on the bearings of both the alternator and the water pump.
Around the engine there are water pump gaskets, seals and O-rings for the feed pump, and sealing rings. A drip under the tractor often comes from one of these small items rather than from the pump itself, so they are worth checking first. Gas struts for the hood are also listed. Fit them with the rod pointing down where possible, which keeps the internal seal lubricated.
For the driver there is a GRAMMER tractor seat, and at the rear you will find drawbars with a ball, automatic hitches, adapter plates and bushes.
At the rear, keep an eye on the jaw and pin of the automatic hitch. A worn pin gives a knock every time you pull away or brake, and that shock travels through the whole rear end. Check the drawbar eye on the trailer at the same time, since a new pin in a worn eye achieves little. On the ball hitch, a thin film of grease and a clean catch make sure it locks every time.
Start with the type plate to confirm the tractor is a 9115. Then use the old part: many components carry a stamped or printed reference number that you can match against the parts on this page. With switches, also compare the symbol and the colour.
