Keeping a New Holland T6030 from the T6000 series in good shape? This page offers more than 350 matching parts, from trailer couplings to engine parts.
A T6030 that pulls a tipper or bale trailer every day gives its hitch a hard time. So the rear end comes first. For the New Holland T6030 there are automatic drawbars, Piton Fix, drawbar frames and height adjustable adapter plates from Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, Sauermann, Cobo and GRANIT. All told, more than 350 parts on this page fit the tractor.
An adapter plate has to match the hole pattern of the rail already on the tractor, so measure rail width and hole spacing before choosing one. On a Piton Fix, check the locking pin too. A worn pin or catch lets the hitch move, and every jerk from the trailer then goes straight into the frame.
On the hydraulic side there are cylinders, piston sealing rings and lifting shaft seals. If the linkage weeps oil along the shaft, a new seal is usually enough, provided the running surface is smooth. Run a fingernail across it. If it catches in a groove, even a new seal will not stay dry for long.
Around the engine you will find radiators, oil pressure switches and the torsion damper. A rattle at idle that disappears as soon as you open the throttle often points to a worn torsion damper. In the cab there are gear contact switches, sensors such as the transmission oil temperature sender, LED work lamps and air suspended tractor seats. If the transmission oil temperature sender gives odd readings, measure its resistance with cold and with warm oil. If the value does not change, the sender has failed. A radiator that looks clean from the outside can still be blocked between the fins. Shine a lamp through from the engine side and the dirt shows up at once. On an air suspended seat the compressor sits inside the seat itself, so if it no longer rises, check the power feed and fuse before anything else.
The type plate confirms that the machine is a T6030. If in doubt, copy the reference number from the part you are taking off. With switches and sensors check the plug, with seals the exact fitting position.
Other tractors in the T6000 series, the New Holland T6010, New Holland T6020, New Holland T6040, New Holland T6050 and New Holland T6070, each have their own page with the parts for that model, which helps when more than one of them works on the farm. The brand page New Holland parts brings everything together.
