From the driver's seat, the list covers push button switches such as the one for the front PTO with its cable and plug, gear contact switches and mirrors. If a gear will not engage or the display shows the wrong range, check the contact switch and its plug before digging into the gearbox. Gas struts hold the door and rear window open. When the window starts to drop or the door swings shut on its own, replace the struts as a pair so both push with equal force.
For the engine there are radiators, alternators, tank caps and sensors such as the transmission oil temperature sender, plus hydraulic cylinders. A radiator loses efficiency once chaff and dust pack its fins. Blow it out from the engine side with low pressure air so the fins do not fold over. A tank cap that no longer seals lets water and dirt into the tank, which shows up later as blocked filters. If a hydraulic cylinder leaks along the rod, inspect the rod itself. A scratch or rust spot will damage a new seal all over again.
