Steering and front axle, electrics and trailer couplings: more than 200 parts that fit the New Holland T7.245 from the T7 series, clearly grouped together.
On a modern tractor like the T7.245, trouble often announces itself with a warning on the display first. A good share of the more than 200 parts on this page relate to exactly that: NOx sensors in the exhaust, temperature sensors, other sensors and an oil pressure switch for the steering.
Look at the wiring and the plug first. The sensor lives in the heat of the exhaust, and its cable often runs close to hot components or rubs against something. A chafed wire or a plug with green corrosion throws the same fault as a dead sensor. Undo the old sensor while the exhaust is still lukewarm, as it comes out more easily. Only grease the thread of the new one if it already carries heat resistant paste or the sensor instructions say so. With temperature sensors the plug is a known weak spot too. Push it home firmly until you hear the latch click.
A T7.245 often pulls heavy trailers, and that calls for solid couplings. This page carries drawbars and Piton Fix couplings for wide rails, adapter plates, automatic hitches, top drawbars and drawbar frames. For trailers with forced steering there are matching ball pieces, and for the hydraulics there are hydraulic cylinders.
The rail width of the existing frame decides which coupling fits, so measure it first. An automatic hitch also has a coupling pin that has to suit the drawbar eye of your trailer. On a hitch that has been working for years, check the wear bush as well. A worn bush means play in the coupling, and play means shocks through the whole rig.
The parts come from GRANIT, Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, Sauermann and FEBI. They are new parts from these manufacturers, not dealer supplies.
Read the data plate to confirm you have a T7.245, and compare the reference number on the old part with the new one. That matters even more with sensors, where plug and thread can differ between versions. These tractors from the T7 series have their own pages too: New Holland T7.210, New Holland T7.230, New Holland T7.170, New Holland T7.220, New Holland T7.200 and New Holland T7.260. The T7.190 and T7.315 belong to the series as well. Everything from New Holland is under New Holland parts.
