Does your New Holland TL100A from the TL-A series need a new part? Choose from more than 250 matching items, such as trailer couplings, lighting and electrics.
On a New Holland TL100A the jobs that come up range from a slipping clutch to a sagging linkage or a dead rear light. This page lists more than 250 parts for this member of the TL-A series, from GRANIT and from ROCKINGER, LUK, Cobo and Eaton.
If the lift slowly sinks with an implement on, oil is often bypassing the piston in the lift cylinder. For that job there are piston sealing rings and seals for the outer lift cylinder. Coat the new seals with clean hydraulic oil before fitting and push the piston in square. A seal dragged over a sharp edge or a thread is damaged before it ever does any work.
There are thrust bearings for the driving clutch, partly from LUK. A release bearing that squeals or rumbles when you press the pedal should not be ignored, because once it seizes it can damage the clutch fingers. In the gearbox there are gear wheels, and contact switches report which range is engaged.
Rear lights and indicator position lights keep the TL100A legal on the road. The cab side includes tractor seats, among them an air suspended fabric seat, gas struts for the roof window and aircon compressors. Relays, V-belts and Powerband belts, where several V-belts are joined into one, cover the rest. For hitching there are drawbars and Piton Fix units, including ROCKINGER.
An aircon compressor that has run dry after a leak tends to spread debris through the whole circuit. Flush the lines and fit a new drier before the replacement compressor goes on, and check the belt that drives it. A gas strut that no longer holds the roof window up should be replaced straight away, because a falling window breaks easily. On Piton Fix units, keep the locking pin clean and lightly greased.
A rear light with a cracked lens lets water in and corrodes the contacts, so swap it before the bulb holder suffers.
Write down the serial number from the type plate before you start. Once a part is on the bench, look for a number stamped or cast into it. For seals, measure the old ring, and for gear wheels, count the teeth.
