Find the right part for the New Holland TM135 quickly: more than 250 items from the TM series, sorted into trailer couplings, electrics and lighting.
A New Holland TM135 tends to spend its days in front of trailers, balers and slurry tankers, so the rear hitch takes a beating long before anything else does. This page brings together more than 250 parts that fit the TM135, supplied by GRANIT alongside makers such as Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, Cobo and MAHLE.
Alternators, starter motors and oil pressure switches cover the charging and starting side. Before you pull either the starter or the alternator, disconnect the negative battery lead. A live positive cable touching the chassis while you work will spark and can damage the wiring loom. Headlights for the left and right side, air suspended tractor seats and tank caps round out the cab and front end. If the rear window no longer stays open on its own, the gas strut has usually lost its charge. Get someone to hold the glass while you unclip the old strut, otherwise the window will drop the moment it comes loose.
For the rear end there are automatic drawbars, top drawbars, Piton Fix pins and height adjustable adapter plates that let you set the coupling at the right height for each trailer. Measure the rail width and the locking pin diameter on the hitch you have now, then compare them with the dimensions listed for the new part. That simple check saves you from a drawbar that will not slide into the rail.
An oil patch under the tractor or a ticking sound from the exhaust side usually has a small cause. Seal kits, sealing rings, O-rings and the gasket between the exhaust manifold and the turbocharger are all available here. When you replace a manifold gasket, look at the studs and nuts as well. Seized threads can turn a quick job into an afternoon.
The type plate on the tractor tells you which model you have. If the old part is still in your hands, check it for a reference number, either stamped into the metal or printed on a label. That number together with TM135 leads you to the correct replacement quickly. When in doubt, a photo of the type plate and the old part lets us check it with you.
The TM135 belongs to the New Holland TM series. If there is another TM in the yard, each model has its own page showing only the parts that fit it:
