Maintain your New Holland TS115A from the TS-A series with parts selected for the model. More than 250 items, from trailer couplings to electrics and lighting.
A TS115A that spends its days pulling a slurry tanker or a tipping trailer wears in predictable places: the drawbar, the hitch rail and the seals in the rear linkage. This page lists more than 250 parts that fit this model, from GRANIT and from makers such as Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, Cobo and Walterscheid.
For the back end there are automatic drawbars, Piton Fix hitches for heavy trailers, height adjustable adapter plates and a retrofit kit for a swinging drawbar. If you switch between a trailer with a ring eye and an implement with a low drawbar, an adjustable adapter plate lets you set the hitch at the right height for each one, so the drawbar runs close to level.
On a Piton Fix, check the locking pin and the guide in the rail now and then. A pin with play knocks every time you pull away or brake and slowly opens up the rail. Replacing a pin takes minutes, a worn rail takes a lot longer.
If the linkage creeps down with an implement raised, the usual suspects are the sealing ring on the lift piston and the seal on the lifting shaft. Both are available for the TS115A, along with complete seal kits. Clean the shaft well before fitting a new seal and check the running surface for rust or burrs, because a fresh seal will not last long on a rough surface.
For the steering there are ball joints for the track rod. Play at the steering wheel or a tractor that wanders on the road is usually the first sign one is due.
Small parts can stop a tractor just as well as big ones. That is why this page also carries contact switches, rocker switches, push button switches, oil pressure switches and sensors such as the transmission oil temperature sensor. Work lamps for the late hours complete the list.
The tank cap has a vent. When dust or chaff blocks it, a vacuum builds up in the tank as fuel is used and the engine starts to stumble as if a filter were clogged. With that complaint, loosen the cap first. If the engine settles down, you have found the cause.
Start with the type plate and note the model and chassis number. On the part you remove there is often a stamped or cast reference number, which makes comparing old and new straightforward. For drawbars and adapter plates the rail width matters as well.
Other tractors from the TS-A line have their own page: the New Holland TS100A, the New Holland TS110A, the New Holland TS125A and the New Holland TS135A. Useful when more than one of them sits in the yard. Every other model of the make is under New Holland parts.
