The New Holland TVT145 from the TVT series is well covered here: more than 250 parts, with trailer couplings, electrics and lighting leading the way.
More than 250 parts fit the New Holland TVT145, and you will find them all on this page. They come from GRANIT, Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, Carraro and GRAMMER and cover the rear hitch, the engine, the cab and the dashboard.
For the engine there are water pump gaskets, O-rings for the oil filler cap, seals for the lubrication line and sealing rings. V-belts and alternators keep the charging circuit going, and bushes are available for pivot points.
A water pump gasket goes on clean, dry faces. Scrape off every trace of the old gasket and avoid adding sealant unless the manufacturer calls for it, because excess compound can break off and block the cooling passages.
A height adjustable adapter plate carries the drawbar, top drawbar or Piton Fix. Check the hole pattern of the plate on your tractor before ordering a replacement. With an automatic drawbar, make sure the latch drops cleanly and the pin has not worn oval. A pin with play will wear out the jaw quickly.
If the bonnet starts to sink, replace both struts together. One fresh strut working against a tired one pulls the bonnet out of line and wears faster itself.
The O-ring on the oil filler cap is small but it matters. Once it dries out, oil mist escapes from a warm engine and dust finds its way in. Replace it as soon as it feels hard or flattened. A V-belt that squeals at start-up is usually slack or glazed. Check the tension and the pulley grooves, because a new belt will not last on worn grooves.
Bushes in pivot points wear gradually. If a joint rattles or a pin sits at an angle in its bore, a new bush is due. Drift the old one out with a suitable punch, clean the bore and press the new bush in square, so it does not wear oval straight away. Then grease the point until fresh grease appears on both sides.
The TVT145 is a model from the TVT series by New Holland. A glance at the type plate removes any doubt about the model. For gaskets and seals, the reference number on the old part is what you can rely on, and for switches, the symbol on the button.
