For the cab there are GRAMMER Compacto seats, gas struts for the roof window, seals for the front and rear screen hinges and rocker switches for the dashboard. Outside, you will find rear lights for the left and right side.
A tip on gas struts: fit them with the piston rod pointing down. That keeps the internal seal wetted by the oil inside the strut, so it lasts longer. Always replace the struts on a window or door as a pair, too, otherwise the new one carries all the weight on its own and soon ends up as weak as the old one.
For the belt drive there are air conditioning V-belts and multi-rib powerbands. A powerband is always replaced as a whole, there are no single ribs. When fitting a new clutch plate, centre it with an alignment tool before tightening the pressure plate. Tighten the bolts in a cross pattern and in several passes so the cover pulls down evenly and does not sit crooked. The thrust bearing goes in new at the same time. On the drawbar, make sure the lock drops into the rail without hesitation. Clean the rail and grease it lightly, and the hitch will slide easily when you adjust it.
Find the type plate and check that it reads JX 1080U. After that, the reference number on the old part is your best guide when ordering.
