Once the tractor is split between engine and gearbox, replace the pressure plate, clutch plate and release bearing together. Look closely at the flywheel too. Grooves or blue heat spots on the friction face mean it needs skimming or replacing, because a new plate will not last long on a damaged flywheel. Centre the clutch plate with an alignment tool during assembly so the input shaft slides in without force.
A belt that squeals in cold weather or has glazed, shiny flanks is due for replacement. When you change it, check the pulleys for wear and the tensioner for play.
For the transmission there are gear wheels, and for the hydraulic lift there are seals for the lift arm shaft and sealing rings for the piston.
