More than 350 parts for the Case IH Maxxum 115, including trailer couplings, electrics and lighting. A quick way to shop by exact tractor model.
On plenty of farms the Maxxum 115 is the tractor that does the daily rounds, from feeding to slurry to hauling. This page gathers more than 350 Case IH Maxxum 115 parts. The model has a single page here, with no further split by version. When a part looks close but you are not certain, take the old one to hand and compare its reference number, and keep the serial number from the identification plate ready.
The hitch area is well covered, with Scharmüller and ROCKINGER drawbars including automatic ones, Piton Fix rails with locking pin, and height adjustable adaptor plates that let you set the drawbar at the height your trailer needs.
For the steering there are ball joints. A worn ball joint shows up as play in the steering wheel and as front tyres wearing unevenly. Have someone turn the wheel back and forth while you hold the joint. If you feel a knock or movement before the wheel follows, it is time for a new one. After fitting, tighten the castle nut to the specified torque, use a new split pin and have the toe-in checked.
Around the engine there are multi-rib belts, fan clutches and torsion dampers. Replace a multi-rib belt with cracked ribs or a glazed surface before it snaps, and check at the same time that the tensioner pulley still turns smoothly and quietly. The hydraulics are served by seals, such as the hydraulic pump seal, and sealing rings for pistons.
In the cab you will find tractor seats and GRAMMER seats, among them the Maximo, plus gas struts for the rear window, contact switches on the gearbox and push button switches. Among the sensors is one for transmission oil temperature. The parts come from GRANIT, Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, GRAMMER and Sauermann.
The Maxxum line steps up in small increments, and each model has a page of its own. If there is another Maxxum next to the 115 in your shed, you can find it here: Case IH Maxxum 100, Case IH Maxxum 110, Case IH Maxxum 125, Case IH Maxxum 130, Case IH Maxxum 140 and Case IH Maxxum 150. The Maxxum 135 and Maxxum 145 belong to the same line. If you run other Case IH tractors too, browse Case IH parts.
