Looking for Case IH MXM 190 parts? This page lists more than 250 items that fit, including trailer couplings, electrics, and steering and front axle parts.
An MXM 190 spends long days with heavy trailers and implements behind it, so hitching hardware is a good place to start. This page holds more than 250 new parts that fit the Case IH MXM 190, from GRANIT, Scharmüller, GRAMMER, ROCKINGER, HELLA and others.
For coupling up there are drawbars, top drawbars, automatic hitches, Piton Fix rails with locking pins and height adjustable adapter plates. When an automatic hitch stops latching properly, dirt and rust in the mechanism are the usual cause. Clean it out, grease the moving parts and check that the locking pin drops fully home. If the jaw itself is worn, replacement is the only safe option.
Check a fan clutch when the engine is hot. Switch off and turn the fan by hand: you should feel clear resistance. If it spins almost freely, the clutch is no longer engaging and temperatures will climb under heavy work.
The breather in the tank cap matters too. Once it blocks, a vacuum builds in the tank and the engine starts to lose power after a while, much like a clogged fuel filter. A new cap is a quick way to rule that out.
Inside the cab you will find tractor seats and air suspended seats from GRAMMER and PROBOSS, along with gas struts for the rear window. On the steering side there are ball joints in several versions. Fit a new ball joint with a clean, dry taper, no grease, and tighten the nut to the specified torque.
Check the data plate on the tractor and keep the chassis number to hand. The MXM 190 is part of the Case IH MXM series. For certainty, look for the reference number on the old part. Starters and alternators carry it on their own label, while drawbars often have it cast or stamped into the body.
The smaller models in the series each have a page of their own, useful if you look after more than one MXM:
Every other model from the brand is listed under Case IH parts.
