More than 250 replacement parts fit the Case IH Puma 155. To make them easier to place, here they are grouped by where they sit on the tractor. Makers include GRANIT, Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, GRAMMER and Cobo.
At the front of the engine there are multi-rib belts and a complete belt kit with tensioner, plus sealing rings for the water pump. A word on the kit: change the tensioner and the belt together. An old tensioner on a new belt often brings back slip or noise within a season, and you end up stripping the front of the engine twice. After fitting, turn the engine over by hand a few times and check that the belt runs centrally on every pulley.
A hydraulic cylinder is available, together with a transmission PTO sensor with connection cable and plug. The push button switches in the cab belong to the same controls. If the PTO refuses to engage, check the sensor plug and the switch before you go digging in the transmission.
For the back of the Puma 155 there are automatic drawbar hitches, hitch frames, adapter plates, drawbars and Piton Fix rails with locking pins. Measure the rail and pin on your own frame, since that decides which one fits.
Air suspended seats, including a Maximo Dynamic and a PROBOSS with seat heater, make long shifts easier. Mirrors and tank caps are there as well.
The tank cap on the Puma 155 has a vent. If dust blocks it, a vacuum builds in the tank and the engine is starved of fuel under heavy load. The tractor then drops revs even though the filters and pump are fine. If you hear air rush in when you open the cap, a new cap is a simple first step. Replace a missing cap straight away, since water and dust in the diesel do the injection system no good.
