Electrics, trailer couplings and lighting for the New Holland TS100: this page holds more than 250 matching parts for this tractor from the TS series.
Running a TS100 on public roads means the lights have to work, so rear lights, indicator and position lights and mirrors all feature on this page. Altogether there are more than 250 New Holland TS100 parts here, covering the electrics, the hitch, the front axle and the cab.
A rear light that works one day and not the next rarely has a bad bulb. The fault is usually in the plug or the earth. Clean the contacts, make sure the earth lead is tight on the mudguard or frame, and put a little contact grease on the plug before fitting a new unit. Front indicator and position lights take a lot of dirt and wind, so check the bracket when you replace one. Among the mirrors there are versions that mount by the trailer hitch, so you can see what you are doing when hooking up.
For the electrics there are starter motors, alternators and multi-rib belts. On the TS100 this is a Powerband, several ribs running as one belt. Always replace the whole band and check the pulleys for wear and dirt while you are at it. Oil pressure switches and contact switches, such as the gearbox status switch, are here too. If the oil pressure light comes on with the engine running, shut it down and check the oil level first, then the switch.
At the back you will find drawbars, Piton Fix couplings and adapter plates by Scharmüller and ROCKINGER. The front axle is served by steering ball joints. A joint with a split boot will not last long, so glance at the boots every time you grease the tractor. In the cab there are air suspended tractor seats with fabric covers and gas struts for the door. Gaskets, among them one for the water pump, round things off. The parts are made by GRANIT, Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, Cobo and MAHLE.
The data plate gives you the model, and the old part often carries a reference number. With those two you can compare a new part quickly. The TS100 belongs to the New Holland TS series, and each model in it has its own page, which makes it easy to switch if you run a mixed fleet: New Holland TS90, New Holland TS115 and New Holland TS110. Everything for the brand is under New Holland parts.
