If the starter motor only clicks, test the battery and check that the earth cable is tight and clean of corrosion before anything else. A poor earth looks a lot like a dead starter. When the starter really has had it, you will find starter motors and alternators here, together with rocker switches and push button switches for the dash.
Much of the routine work on a CS 75 comes down to keeping things sealed. There are gaskets for the exhaust and inlet manifold and the water pump, sealing rings for the injection nozzles, O-rings for the feed pump and complete seal kits. Whenever an injector comes out of the head, fit a new sealing ring. The old one has been crushed flat, and reusing it lets combustion gas blow past, which shows up later as soot around the injector.
For the cooling system there are radiator hoses. Replace any hose that feels soft, has swollen or shows fine cracks before it splits on a hot day, and fit new clamps at the same time, since old clamps lose their tension.
Clutch thrust bearings, automatic drawbars and adapter plates for the drawbar frame cover the driveline and the rear end. In the cab you can replace work lamps and the gas struts for the rear window, which are worn out once the window refuses to stay open.
A height adjustable adapter plate helps if you switch between trailers with different drawbar heights. Set the hitch so the drawbar runs as level as possible and the eye and pin wear evenly.
Note the model and chassis number from the rating plate. For engine parts it also helps to record the engine number on the block. Thrust bearings and many gaskets carry a stamped or printed number that you can compare with the reference numbers in the product description.
