If the PTO slips under load or engages with a bang, the clutch pack is a likely suspect on a 7600. This page has internal friction plates and external steel plates for it. Replace them as a full set, because one new plate between worn ones carries the load unevenly. Soak the new friction plates in clean transmission oil before assembly so the lining is saturated. Inspect the steel plates for blue discolouration or warping. If you see heat marks, have the PTO circuit pressure and the piston seal checked as well, or the new pack will go the same way. Run the PTO without load for a few minutes after the rebuild so the plates can bed in before the first heavy job. Compare tooth count and inner and outer diameter against the old plates before you close everything up.
Gas struts on a cab door or rear window lose pressure gradually. When the door no longer stays open, replace both struts together if there are two, so they share the load evenly. Fit them rod end down, which keeps the seal lubricated and makes them last longer.
