Everything we carry for the John Deere 7260R is on this page: more than 120 parts, from trailer couplings and lighting to electrics, ready to browse by group.
Come autumn, a 7260R often keeps running well after dark with a trailer or a trailed implement on the back. Good lighting, clear mirrors and a hitch you can trust are what keep those hours productive. This page collects more than 120 replacement parts for the John Deere 7260R, supplied by GRANIT, Scharmüller, ROCKINGER, Sauermann and Walterscheid.
For the 7260R there are LED work lights in flood beam and oval spotlight form. A flood beam lights up the area right beside and behind the tractor, while a spotlight throws its light further across the field. A setup that works well is two flood lamps at the rear for hitching up and a pair of longer reach lamps on the cab roof. Mount LED lamps on a rigid bracket, because vibration makes the beam restless and wears out the cable connection. A dab of dielectric grease on the plug keeps moisture away.
Visibility also means mirrors. The telescopic mirror brackets, electrically adjustable for left and right, let you extend the mirror when you are on the road with a wide trailer.
The hitching side of the 7260R is well covered with drawbar frames, automatic drawbars, support plates for a ball hitch and flange hitches. If you run trailers with a steered axle, there are forced steering components such as inserts for the Pick-Up Hitch. Adapter plates and drawbar supports help you get the hitch height right, and connector heads handle the air brake lines to the trailer.
On top of that you will find smaller items like covers, sleeves, seal kits and pressure sensors.
If you replace the hitch yourself, tighten the drawbar frame bolts in a cross pattern and in stages, then check them again after the first working day. A frame that sits even slightly loose soon starts to rattle with heavy trailers and wears out its mounting holes.
Start with the data plate on the tractor, then look for a stamped or cast reference number on the part you are taking off. Compare it with the information on the product. With hitch components, take a few photos of the mounting points before you undo anything, so you know exactly how it all went together when you refit it.
Within the 7R series every model has a page of its own. If you also run another tractor from this range next to the 7260R, you will find its matching parts there:
