More than 750 replacement parts that fit the John Deere 6320 from the 6020 series, including trailer couplings, electrics and lighting.
A John Deere 6320 that works hard tends to need attention in the same few places: the cooling system, the belt drive, starting and charging, and the hitch. This page lists more than 750 parts that fit this tractor, from brands such as GRANIT, HELLA, ROCKINGER, Sauermann and Wabco.
For the cooling circuit there are thermostats, regulator housing gaskets, hoses and seals. On the belt side you can choose single multi-rib belts or complete belt kits. One thing that catches people out: a 6320 fitted with air conditioning takes a different belt from one without it, so lift the bonnet and check before ordering. The engine section also covers alternators, starter motors, sensors such as the engine oil pressure sensor, and O-rings including the one for the tank sender.
A workshop tip for thermostat jobs: always fit a new regulator housing gasket at the same time and clean both mating faces thoroughly. Reusing the old gasket looks like a time saver, but it usually ends with a weeping joint and coolant loss a few days later. Refill slowly afterwards and run the engine up to temperature so trapped air can work its way out, then check the expansion tank again after the first day of work.
For trailer work there are automatic drawbars and drawbar frames, with ROCKINGER and Sauermann among the makes. Trailers with forced steering are covered by ball joints for both sides. Lift arms for the three-point linkage and work lamps for late finishes complete the picture.
On the drawbar it pays to check pins and bushes now and then. Worn pins leave play that you feel as a jolt every time you brake or pull away, and catching it early means swapping a few small parts rather than a whole frame. On forced steering, grease the balls regularly and keep an eye on the rubber boots, because grit that gets past a split boot wears the socket quickly.
Start with the type plate so you know for certain the machine is a 6320 and not one of its neighbours in the 6020 line. Then look at the old part: alternators and starter motors carry their own plate with a number, belt lengths are usually printed on the back of the belt, and cast parts often have a reference number moulded in.
Other tractors from this line have pages of their own with the parts for each model: the John Deere 6120, the John Deere 6220, the John Deere 6420, the John Deere 6520, the John Deere 6620 and the John Deere 6820. For every John Deere page in one place, visit John Deere parts.
