This range covers more than 650 parts for the John Deere 6210 from the 6010/6010SE series, with lighting, trailer couplings and electrics among them.
A full service on a 6210 usually starts with the multi-rib belt, the thermostat and a handful of O-rings. There are more than 650 John Deere 6210 parts on this page, and the wear items for routine maintenance are among them.
With the multi-rib belt it matters whether the tractor has air conditioning, as the belt then also runs over the compressor and is a different length. While it is off, check the tensioner and pulleys. A tensioner that has lost its spring or a pulley with play will chew through a new belt in no time.
Thermostat and regulator housing gasket belong together. Never refit the old gasket, however good it looks. O-rings cover several positions, the tank sender among them. Wipe a new O-ring with clean oil before fitting so it seats without rolling or nicking.
If the 6210 cranks slowly, check the battery and earth strap before pulling the starter. If those are fine, there are starter motors and alternators for this model. When choosing a starter, match the number of pinion teeth and the direction of rotation to the old unit. For lighting there are headlights with dipped and main beam and work lamps, including HELLA.
The cab side covers hinges, bushes and gas struts. At the back there are automatic drawbars, drawbar frames in John Deere green and forced steering parts from Scharmüller, ROCKINGER and others. External plates for the ZF front axle are included as well, and GRAMMER is one of the brands represented. Grease the forced steering balls before the season and check the retainers, because a loose rod lets the trailer swing wide in corners. A stiff cab hinge often only needs cleaning and greasing. If the pin has worn a groove, replace hinge and bush together.
The type plate confirms you have a 6210 from the 6010 series. Take the reference number from the part coming off, or measure the old belt and count its ribs. With a headlight, check the mounting style and whether it is left or right.
The other models in this series each have their own page with their own parts: the John Deere 6010, John Deere 6110, John Deere 6410, John Deere 6510 and John Deere 6810. If several of them work on your farm, you can see per tractor what fits. For the full make, visit John Deere parts.
