A wide choice for the John Deere 6530 from the 6030/6030PR range, with more than 700 parts covering trailer couplings, lighting and electrics, among others.
More than 700 John Deere 6530 parts are listed on this page, which is a lot to scroll through, so here is where to start. On a tractor that clocks up long hours, the jobs tend to be routine engine work: belts, thermostat, sensors, gaskets and O-rings. Work lights, headlights and the hitch gear at the back come up regularly as well.
For the 6530 there are thermostats for the cooling system, sensors such as the engine oil pressure sender, gaskets including the one for the exhaust gas recirculation valve, and O-rings, for example for the oil pump. Alternators and micro relays complete the electrical side. A thermostat that sticks open keeps the engine from ever reaching proper temperature. You will notice the gauge barely moving in winter and fuel use creeping up.
Multi-rib belts and complete belt kits drive the alternator, water pump and air conditioning compressor. Before you order, check whether your 6530 has air conditioning. Belts for tractors with air conditioning come in a different length and with a different number of ribs. A belt meant for a tractor without it will not go round the pulleys, or the other way round it will run slack. Count the ribs on the old belt and note which pulleys it drives. If the tensioner feels rough, replace it while the belt is off.
If you work after dark, decent work lights matter. This page has spotlights, including HELLA, and left and right headlights. At the rear there are drawbar frames, drawbar balls and forced steering parts, Scharmüller among the makers. Gas struts for the cab and seals for door hinges and handles round things off. Parts also come from GRANIT, Sauermann and MAHLE.
Start with the rating plate. The 6530 belongs to the 6030 series, where the models look almost identical from outside but parts are matched per model. With the old part in hand, look for a reference number. It is often cast in or printed on the part. If nothing is legible any more, compare the shape, connections and mounting points of the old part with the description.
The sister models each have their own page:
The 6534 is part of the same series. Other models from the brand are on the John Deere parts page.
