Engine maintenance calls for O-rings, for example on the oil pump, gaskets such as the thermostat housing gasket, and thermostats. Fit a new gasket with every thermostat, and bleed the cooling system thoroughly afterwards. An air pocket trapped at the thermostat will keep the temperature climbing even though the new part is fine.
The ZF front axle on the 6810 uses packs of internal and external plates. If the axle clicks on turns or judders when you steer in, worn plates are a common cause. Note the thickness and number of the old plates before ordering, and refill with exactly the oil specified for the axle. The wrong oil will bring the noise straight back.
Drawbar frames fit the rear, and there are forced steering parts for trailers with a steered axle. When running a steered trailer, check the ball and rods for play regularly. Even a little slack lets the trailer run off line in bends and scrubs the tyres.

Mount it with the rod pointing down so the seal inside stays lubricated and the strut lasts longer. Take the reference number from the old part instead. For plates it is often only on the packaging, while sensors carry it on the hex. Without a number, measure the part and compare it with the product photo.
