Working on a John Deere 6110R from the 6R series? This page lists more than 200 matching parts, from electrics and lighting to trailer couplings.
A relay that quits or a sensor sending a false reading can stop a 6110R just as surely as a worn clutch. This page brings together more than 200 replacement parts listed for the John Deere 6110R, made by GRANIT and by specialist manufacturers such as Scharmüller, Walterscheid, Sauermann and Wabco.
Intermittent faults are where a lot of time disappears. If a function on the 6110R drops out now and then, swap its micro relay with an identical one from another circuit in the same relay box. If the fault moves with the relay, you have found the culprit without getting the multimeter out. The same logic applies to the fuel pressure sensor, the temperature sensors and the oil pressure switch: fit them with a new seal or O-ring every time. An old, flattened ring may look tight, but it tends to weep after a few warm working days. When you change a V-belt, check the tension and the pulleys too, because a slipping belt also pulls down the charging voltage. A squeal just after a cold start is usually the first warning.
Start with the type plate on the tractor. It shows the model designation and serial number, which confirms you are working on a 6110R from the 6R series. If the old part is already off the machine, look for a stamped or printed reference number and compare it with the product description. For sensors and switches, also look at the plug. The number of pins and the shape of the connector housing have to match, otherwise the part screws in but cannot be connected.
If there is a bigger 6R in the yard as well, it has its own page of parts. Have a look at the John Deere 6130R, John Deere 6155R, John Deere 6175R, John Deere 6195R, John Deere 6215R or John Deere 6250R. The 6125R and 6150R are part of the same series. For older or smaller John Deere tractors, continue via John Deere parts.
