Looking for a lamp, a trailer coupling or an electrics part for the Deutz-Fahr Agrotron 110? This Agrotron series model has more than 200 parts listed here.
The Deutz-Fahr Agrotron 110 does a lot of road and yard work, and that shows first in the steering, the hitch and the starter. This page brings together more than 200 replacement parts that fit the type, made by GRANIT, HELLA, ROCKINGER, Walterscheid and VICTOR REINZ.
Complete ball joints for the left and right side are available, as are stabilizers for the linkage and bolt sets. After fitting a new ball joint it pays to measure the toe-in. A small error is invisible, yet it wears the front tyres unevenly over a season. While you are there, check the boots on the other joints too.
At the rear there are drawbars, drawbar frames and Piton Fix hitches. Give the ball or pin a thin coat of grease from time to time and inspect the locking mechanism at every service, because a worn catch is a real hazard on public roads.
When the engine turns slowly or not at all, there is a starter motor for this type. If you only hear a click, check the battery, the earth cable and the terminals before replacing the starter. Work lamps and rocker switches, such as the one for the driving lights, are here too. In the cab you will find gas struts for the roof window, wide-angle mirrors and windscreen symbols.
Under the hood there is the V-belt for engine cooling, a front cover gasket and the seal between the manifold and the turbocharger. A leak at that joint is often heard before it is seen, as a hiss under load.
The V-belt deserves a look too. Glazed flanks or fine cracks on the inside mean it is due, even before it starts to squeal. A belt that snaps in the middle of a job soon leaves the engine running hot, so a spare in the toolbox is never wasted.
The type plate confirms that you have an Agrotron 110 in front of you. The old part then settles it: compare its reference number with the parts on this page, and note the side when ordering a ball joint.
These models from the Agrotron range have a page of their own:
