Servicing your Deutz-Fahr Agrotron M 420 starts with the right part. Choose from more than 140 parts, including trailer couplings, engine parts and lighting.
Uneven idle, a puff of smoke or a fuel pressure warning on the display all point the same way on a Deutz-Fahr Agrotron M 420, towards the injection side of the engine. Before loosening an injection line, clean around every union and cap each opening the moment it is exposed. A single grain of grit inside can do more damage than the part is worth. Never crack a line with the engine running, as the pressure is high enough to penetrate skin. Fit a new line rather than bending an old one back into shape, and tighten the nuts firmly without forcing them. With a fuel pressure sensor, look at the plug first. If it is damp or green with corrosion, the fault may sit there rather than in the sensor.
The hitch is the other main area. When switching to a different coupling, measure the rail width and hole pattern on the tractor first so the new part goes on without modification.
