For the engine there are starter motors, fuel pressure sensors, O-rings for the injection pump and valve cover gaskets, plus seals for the hydraulic pump. If the air conditioning stops cooling because the compressor has failed, an aircon compressor is available too.
If the engine stutters or drops into limp mode with a fuel pressure fault, look at the fuel pressure sensor plug before anything else. Green corrosion or a loose pin causes the same symptoms as a failed sensor. Clean and dry the plug and see whether the fault returns before you replace the sensor.
Oil seeping from the top of the engine usually points to the valve cover gasket first. Clean both faces until they are dry and clean of grease, and do not add sealant unless it is specified for that joint. Tighten the cover bolts in a cross pattern over several passes. Overtightening distorts the cover and it will soon start leaking again.
The rear end is well covered, with automatic drawbars, top drawbars, drawbar frames, Piton Fix hooks and adapter plates from ROCKINGER, Walterscheid and Scharmüller. With a top drawbar or Piton Fix, check the rail width and the locking pin diameter on your tractor, because both vary between frames.
Work lamps and LED main headlights, including HELLA units, light up the field. Inside the cab the parts range from gas struts, such as the one for the roof window, to tractor seats. A seat that has sagged makes itself felt in your back at the end of a long day, and an air suspended seat makes a real difference.
The rating plate gives the model and serial number of the tractor. For a gasket or seal, lay the old one next to the product picture and compare the shape and the holes. Starter motors and pressure sensors usually carry a reference number. If you are unsure, send us a photo.
