Selected for the Deutz-Fahr Agrotron TTV 1130, this page lists more than 200 parts, with plenty of choice in lighting, trailer couplings and electrics.
Long days in an Agrotron TTV 1130 soon tell you when the seat has stopped cushioning or a work lamp has gone dark. More than 200 parts are listed for this tractor, covering the cab, the engine, the hydraulics and the hitch, with brands that include GRANIT, HELLA, GRAMMER, PROBOSS and Scharmüller.
Seating covers complete GRAMMER tractor seats and air suspended PROBOSS seats, some with seat heating. Add HELLA work lamps, wide angle mirrors and gas struts for the roof hatch. Fitting an air seat? First check that the cab power socket suits the new seat and measure the mounting pattern under the old one. If an air seat slowly sinks once the engine is off, the seat's own compressor or air bellows is usually to blame rather than the controls.
The engine list includes a cylinder head gasket, a valve cover gasket and an intake manifold gasket. When you replace a head gasket, clean the faces of head and block thoroughly and renew the head bolts if the workshop manual calls for it. There is also a starter motor, a viscous fan clutch and a hydraulic pump, along with hydraulic seals.
For the rear hitch there are drawbars and Piton Fix pins. At the front axle, ball joints are supplied complete for each side. Play in a ball joint shows up as vague steering at road speed, and replacing it in good time saves wear on the tyres.
A viscous fan clutch that is failing shows itself in two ways: the engine runs hot under heavy load, or the fan roars along at full speed even from a cold start. Oil around the hub is another warning sign. When fitting a new hydraulic pump, change the filter at the same time and check the old oil for metal particles, or the new pump will not last long. Wide angle mirrors are worth checking as well, since a cracked glass costs you a lot of rear view when reversing a long implement.
The serial plate gives the exact model, so make sure it says Agrotron TTV 1130, since tractors in the Agrotron TTV range are easy to mix up. Then compare any number on the old part with the reference number listed with the product. With gaskets and seals, that is the check that settles it.
Two more tractors from the same range have their own pages:
