There are wheel brake cylinders and repair sets for the brake cylinder. A repair set with new cups and dust boots makes sense while the cylinder bore is still smooth. If you find rust or scoring inside, fit a complete wheel brake cylinder instead. Always do both sides together so the tractor does not pull under hard braking, then bleed the system until clear fluid with no bubbles comes through.
A leaking rear crankshaft seal shows up as oil between the engine and the clutch housing. Since the tractor has to be split to reach it, it makes sense to renew the seal whenever the clutch is out. Make sure the running surface on the crankshaft is clean and undamaged, and press the new seal in square. A temperature sender that reads low can make you believe all is well while the engine is overheating. If in doubt, check with an infrared thermometer at the top radiator hose.
On the electrical side there are starter motors, alternators, connection cables and a flasher unit. Up front, headlights fit, including a HELLA LED headlight. If the starter turns slowly even with a fully charged battery, look at the heavy cables and the earth connection before ordering a new starter. Ball joints keep the track rod and drag link of the 805 tight and without play.
Feed pumps come with a different number of holes in the flange, so count them on the old pump before ordering. A stiff stop cable usually frees up with a little thin oil, but a frayed one should be replaced straight away.
The type plate shows which name your 805 carries. Old starters, alternators and brake cylinders often have a stamped number you can compare with the product details. For ball joints, measure the length and check whether the thread is left or right hand.
