Maintaining a Valtra T 213 from the T3 series? Choose from more than 120 parts here, with trailer couplings, lighting and electrics at the top of the list.
When the temperature gauge on a Valtra T 213 starts creeping up, the cause is often a small component. A thermostat that no longer opens, a radiator hose gone soft, a sensor sending the wrong reading. This page holds more than 120 replacement parts for the T 213, from GRANIT, BOSCH, Walterscheid, DANA Spicer and Scharmüller.
On the cooling side there are thermostats, radiator hoses, a cooling fan and engine temperature sensors. Always fit a thermostat with a fresh gasket and bleed the system properly afterwards, since an air pocket at the thermostat makes it open late. There is also a tensioning pulley for the belt drive. If you hear a hum or rattle at the front of the engine, spin the pulley by hand: roughness or play means it is time for a new one.
You will also find gaskets, including one at the exhaust by the turbocharger, seals for pressure lines and O-rings such as the one on the oil filler cap.
For working after dark there are work lamps, headlights and an LED headlight, along with connection cables for tidy wiring. In the cab there is a door lock. At the rear, a drawbar ball and a separate ball fit the hitch rail.
If the cooling fan is not doing its job, the temperature climbs under heavy work or in hot weather while staying normal under light load. With the engine off, look for chipped or cracked blades and feel whether the hub has play. Blow the radiator and the coolers in front of it clean with compressed air regularly, working from the inside out. Dust and chaff between the fins hold back more heat than you would expect. If the temperature sensor gives odd readings, check its plug for corrosion before replacing the sensor.
The Valtra T series comes in several types, so check the type plate first to confirm the tractor is a T 213, then compare the reference number on the old part. With a thermostat, the opening temperature printed on it matters too, and with a radiator hose the position, upper or lower.
The other types in the T series each have a page with their own parts:
Brand-wide items are collected under Valtra parts, together with parts that are not tied to a single type.
